Some people are having problems with the browser freezing when they try to move a slide by grabbing it. After a while, the screen says “Page not responsive.”

We’re getting this js error in the browser console. Not sure if it would be related:

MetaSlider (window/global-js-error): Uncaught TypeError: x is not a function (load-scripts.php)

No, it’s on a desktop, in the Google Chrome browser. Haven’t tried it on mobile.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t see how a website link will help, as the issue happens on the back end, while logged in and editing the slider. But, here it is, the top carousel on the home page: https://www.ecosacramento.net

Hi @jamminjames. If this happens in the admin area, it’s 99% likely to be a plugin conflict. The best way to debug this would be on a test or staging site. Try to disable other plugins looking to see if one of them is mistakenly loading on the MetaSlider screens.
