AVIFs not generating with fallback

    If we check the fallback option in settings/media, no AVIF files are generated for newly uploaded images. Only fallbacks.

    WP and Woo are in the newest versions.

    Hi there @dannythedog, thanks for getting in touch. I’d be happy to check this further for you if you are still facing issues with this? Please could you please share your Site Health information so that I can check your current setup for anything that may stand out.

    It would also be useful if you could share a link to one of the images that you are uploading and having this issue with if possible so that we can run our own tests with it. When switching the fallback setting off, how does the plugin behave for you?

    for me too!

    When switching the fallback setting off, all works well, avif is generated!
