    Hi,

I experienced an unexpected auto logout issue today. It never happened before.

Right after logging into the admin dashboard, I was logged out within seconds, making it impossible to access anything quickly enough to disable features or plugins.

To troubleshoot, I tried using private navigation (empty cache, empty cookies) without any changes and then moved on to renamed your plugin’s folder, which deactivated it. After that, I was able to log in and navigate the admin area without any problems.

I then renamed the folder back (not realizing it would automatically reactivate the plugin — I thought that had to be done manually via the Plugins page). Strangely, the issue didn’t return after that.

Do you have any idea what could have caused this behavior?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @adrien44,

This is a strange issue. If you are logged out after a few seconds might be due to a forced logout functionality of AIOS.

If you rename the plugin back, the plugin will be deactivated if you have accessed the admin panel. can you please cross-check the WP Security > User security > Force logout is on ?

    Regards

    Hi @hjogiupdraftplus

The “forced logout” feature was activated when I got the project. It was set to 120 minutes by my predecessor, which was quite annoying, so I changed it to 10080 minutes (7 days). However, it didn’t work as expected, so I ended up turning the feature off. Everything was working fine until recently. No changes were made elsewhere on the website (no new plugins or anything like that).

    Hi @adrien44

Ok, I do not see any other than force logout feature which may make the user log out.

I have tried replicate the issue but can not and created internal ticket to check in more detail if can replicate this issue.

    Regards
