Thanks for contacting us! We’ll be happy to assist with this, but we’ll need some more information to better investigate the issue. Could you send us a support request here and also include the System Info from the plugin in the support request? You can find the System Info here:
1. WordPress DashBoard – Instagram Feed – click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
2. Scroll down to the System Info section on the Support page.
3. Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
4. Paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
