    Hi guys!

I’m very happy with the plugin; it does its job perfectly, but I’ve encountered an unexpected error.

When my clients add products to their cart, it doesn’t load or add them. I’ve tested it from my account and with different VPNs, and it works fine, so I can’t find the error, but more than 9 clients have already told me about the add-to-cart error. What could be the cause? Is it incompatibility with WP-Rocket? I’ve cleared the cache for all my clients, but the problem persists.

    Thanks in advance!

Hi mate, thanks for your message,

Regarding the issue you’re experiencing, could you please let us know if you have access to a site where we can replicate the error? If possible, please send us a screencast showing the problem (you can use http://www.loom.com or any similar tool).

If you suspect the issue might be related to a compatibility problem with WP-Rocket, we suggest testing it in the same environment with WP-Rocket temporarily deactivated to see if the issue persists.
    Best regards, Quadlayers Support Team.

    I’m having the same issue.

I believe it relates to Safari Monterey error raised on this forum in an earlier thread 6 weeks ago here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/safari-15-macos-monterey-failing/

With the update of ajax add to cart to 2.4.6 even the workaround listed in that thread no longer works.

Please support – advise a fix to this problem.

@redheaddigital @capilla10 Hi guys, thanks for the report. We’ve been able to replicate the issue on localhost with Mac OS Monterey Safari 15.6, and our development team is working on it to investigate a possible solution. Please stay tuned for updates in the admin dashboard.

    Best regards.

Hi, can you confirm this is fixed in Version 2.4.7?
