Hi
I agree it can be difficult to explain things without images.
You did not share if you are looking for a code solution, or if you want to edit the template in the editor.
The template is called Single Posts. The theme has different designs for the single posts.
There are no single post designs in the theme where the paragraphs would be going edge to edge.
Even if you are using a narrow screen width, there should be some spacing that makes the content comfortable to read and edit.
This can still happen if:
– There is a plugin that is causing a conflict that breaks settings or CSS.
– You have made changes to the width or layout settings of the groups or post content blocks in the template.
– You have created and are using a custom template.
When you go to Appearance > Editor > Templates and select the Single posts template,
you can open the settings sidebar and open the “Template” tab.
Next to the name of the template there is a button with 3 dots that opens a small menu.
If the menu has an option to reset the template, then you have made changes and you can try to use this option to reset the template to the theme default.
If you want to save your changes first as a backup before resetting, you can do so manually by copying all the blocks in to a text file.

As far as I know, there is no way to have new blocks inserted in the content automatically without using code. There are likely plugins that do this, but I don’t know any of them so I can’t recommend one.
What I would recommend is that you create a new post and add all the blocks that you want to use as the default content. Then place all these blocks inside a group.
Then, select this group and open the options menu in the block toolbar.
Select “create pattern”. Add a name for your pattern and select “Synced”. click on the “Add” button.
Then every time when you create a new post, you manually insert this pattern.
