408 Error: Pages Failing to Load after Installing RegistrationMagic Plugin

    Hello Support Team,

    I am experiencing a persistent issue with the RegistrationMagic plugin where the pages fail to load, resulting in a 408 error. This error occurs consistently after I installed the plugin, and it affects the accessibility of various pages on my site.

    Details:

    Errors:

    • 408 Error: Pages are taking too long to load, resulting in frequent timeouts.
    • 504 Error: In some cases, the server responds with a 504 Gateway Timeout error due to the initial 408 client request.

    Screenshots:

    I have checked all the plugins, and it appears the issue is specifically related to the RegistrationMagic plugin. When I deactivate RegistrationMagic, the 408 error disappears.

    Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.

    Hi @nareshwebindiainc,

    We just checked a few of your website pages and they appear to be working fine. RegistrationMagic also seems to be activated on the site. Could you please let us know if this issue is resolved now or if it is still occurring.

    Hi @nareshwebindiainc,

    We installed the ‘Check My Links’ Chrome extension on our end, and it is displaying 408 errors on some pages of your site. However, when we access these pages directly through their links, they appear to load without any issues. Could you please provide a few examples of page links that do not open correctly in the browser when RegistrationMagic is activated, but work fine when it is deactivated?
