Is Toxic Management a Failure or a Feature?
A good administration apparently needs a toxic management. I've been a part of schools, college, tuitions, hostels, workplaces and a few other institutions. And the one thing that I've seen common among all of them is the management that is either unethical, toxic or just... bitter. Initially, I had only been against such a system and had even fought against it. But in the recent times, I've started to calm myself down. Not because I've become fed up trying to fight it or that I've learnt to live with it. But because I've started wondering if such a system is essential to run an administration effectively. Because to a point, I just kept thinking that the management are simply corrupt. But when I hear my peers sharing similar experiences in their respective institutions, I started wondering if it could actually be necessary.
