We are a small-batch micro bakery in Jacksonville, FL! We offer a mix of fresh baked breads & pastries, primarily sourdough. We are committed to offering our neighbors the best quality bread and we believe we can do that with sourdough. The slow process of fermentation results in a delicious, easy to digest bread that is better for you and your family. There’s beauty in consuming bread that uses levain as old as time, and we find great joy in putting only the best bread in your hands.
