Visustin

Visustin is a program that can convert source code into flowcharts automatically. It supports a variety of programming languages including C, C , Java, VB, VBScript, and VB.Net.

It also lets you edit the automatically created charts, and insert comments, add shapes, highlight important points, adjust links, or fine-tune the layout.
