Sledding

Looking for the best sledding hill in Southern Utah? Look no further. We’ve got you covered in Beaver County at Merchant Valley.

Situated only 16 miles east of Beaver, Merchant Valley is the most visited area for sledding and tubing during the winter months.

To get there, head up Beaver Canyon (Hwy 153) for roughly 16 miles and make a left onto Jimmy Reed Road where you’ll immediately see a large pullout for parking.

The Merchant Valley sledding hill is right there alongside snowmobile tracks, aspen trees, and lush ponderosas in the high elevation hills.

Don’t have your own sled? No problem! You can purchase sleds at Beaver Sport and Pawn on Main Street or at Tucker High Adventure Tours in Beaver.
