𖥔 Artwork will take time (estimated around 1 month, but may vary). If you have a deadline, please let me know. A rush fee may be applied depending on the deadline and my queue.𖥔 Any references and descriptions of your character/pose/atmosphere are encouraged and appreciated.𖥔 Full payment is required upfront. I will only start the commission after payment is received.𖥔 Payment will be made through PayPal only.𖥔 No refunds are allowed after the sketch is confirmed. A full refund is available if I have not started the sketch.𖥔 Up to 2 revisions can be made during the sketch phase.𖥔 You may use the artwork for personal use and post it online with proper credit.𖥔 I reserve the right to use the artwork for display, promotion, and advertising (unless you inform me in advance that it is private or specify a date it should remain private until).𖥔 You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own.𖥔 Commissioned artwork may not be used for NFTs or AI training/generators in any form.𖥔 Do not alter or “fix” the artwork after completion.𖥔 Making profit from my work is strictly prohibited unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.𖥔 I reserve the right to decline your request if I feel it is unsuitable for me.𖥔 I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the client does not adhere to these terms.
