  • Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies or welfare concerns
  • Provide the right level of support, distinct from both younger children and adults

Do you sell Day Tickets?

No – Day tickets are not available however you are welcome to come and go as you please, the box office is open all weekend.

A Message To The Truck Community

A message to the Truck Community

When Truck began as a teenage birthday party back in 1998, no-one could have imagined the gathering it would become over the following 27 years. Some of us have been involved from the early days and one of the best things about organising Truck for as long as we have is belonging to such a caring and engaged community. You care about the way we put on the festival, who we work with, the good causes we support and how we reflect your own wider opinions and priorities.

With that in mind, we want to say today that we share the deep concern many of you have expressed for the ongoing horrific treatment of the Palestinian community in Gaza by the Government of Israel.

We know many feel strongly that music should be an escape from the problems of the world and will ask why we are engaging with this in public. We also know that every community has to balance a variety of opinions to make sure the loudest voices aren’t the only ones heard. We don’t presume to speak for everyone, but we do believe that the majority of us take a humanitarian view, wanting only the best for our fellow humans.

In May this year, 38 United Nations Human Rights experts said: “States must act swiftly to end the unfolding genocide, dismantle apartheid, and secure a future in which Palestinians and Israelis coexist in freedom and dignity.” This week, Amnesty International said that the Government of Israel must “lift all restrictions and allow unfettered, safe and dignified access to humanitarian aid throughout Gaza immediately.”

For the sake of everyone who has been so brutally affected in the region, we join those calling for an end to military action, for the population of Gaza to have full and safe access to the supplies and care they need, and for the global community to help find a way to peace, so Palestinians can build their own, self-determined future, in line with international law. That is the only humanitarian outcome and no more or less than we all hope for ourselves.

In considering this, we have had to address a situation not of our making which has made us all-the-more aware of our responsibilities to our community. In 2019, we became part of a festival group called Superstruct which backs us to run Truck independently in the way we know you expect.

Last year, a share in Superstruct was bought, without our knowledge, by an investment fund called KKR which has been criticised as unethical for separate investments they hold in Israel. The Truck Team is opposed to any such investments and would like to make clear that we have no relationship with KKR, have never had contact with them and they have no input into our management of the festival.

We are not in a position to remove ourselves from this situation, but we can assure you that, if Truck makes a profit after paying for the show, the artists, staff and our Truck Trust projects, it stays in the business only for the development of Truck and our sister festivals.

We run Truck as we always have, independently and as the safe and inclusive festival we all love, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, religion, age or ability. We will continue to work hard to help vulnerable communities through the Truck Trust and support causes and charities we are passionate about. We respect the right of everyone joining us, as performers or fans, to make their voices heard, peacefully and in line with the Truck Ethos.

We can’t wait to see you all on the farm.

Lots of Love,

Team Truck

Why is a Youth ticket the same price as an adult ticket?

Historically, all Truck Festival attendees aged 13 and over have paid full price for their tickets, and that hasn’t changed. The introduction of the youth wristband is not linked to ticket pricing — it’s simply a way to help us better identify and support our younger audience.

This new wristband is designed to distinguish those aged 13–17, making them easily recognisable to staff across the site. It plays an important role in safeguarding and allows our teams to respond effectively in welfare situations or emergencies. It also supports our operational planning by helping us understand and manage the different needs of our audience more efficiently.

Ultimately, the youth wristband is a practical safeguarding tool to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at Truck.
