Our new system logs every payment attempt *before* you pay. If a network error occurs after you've been debited, you can now easily upload your receipt from your dashboard to have your payment manually and quickly verified.
Paid with the wrong matriculation number? We now have a simple, self-service process. From your dashboard, you can initiate a correction request for any of your existing transcript payments for a small fee.
