Terms & Conditions

1. Contractor hereby agrees to comply and ensure compliance with the MCI Family Acceptable Use Policy (in particular to section 13 thereof which relates to Mobile Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE). Attached as Annex A), and agrees to ensure that devices and accessories handed over shall be used only for official work purposes.

2. Contractor hereby agrees to ensure proper safekeeping of all IMDA Computing, Portable or Mobile Devices and Accessories, and shall be liable for any loss or damages. Indicative prices are per Annex B - Computing, Portable or Mobile Devices and Accessories Price List.

3. Contractor shall ensure all devices and accessories handed over are in good working condition before signing off (e.g. physical damage/functionality, etc.)

Annex A
13. MOBILE GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED EQUIPMENT (GFE)
13.1. All mobile GFE shall remain as the property of the Singapore Government.
13.2. All information stored on the mobile GFE shall be the property of the Singapore Government.
13.3. Users shall utilise mobile GFE primarily for official purposes.
13.4. Users shall use mobile GFE to store, process or access Government data classified up to CONFIDENTIAL.
13.5. Users shall be responsible for the mobile GFE that is issued to them and exercise care to avoid any activity that can result in damage, loss or theft of the mobile GFE.
13.6. Users shall hand carry mobile GFE when checking in at the airport for official trips.
13.7. Users shall not leave mobile GFE unattended in cars or public places.
13.8. User shall not install unauthorised software into the mobile GFE.
13.9. Users shall not alter any configurations on the mobile GFE.
13.10. Users shall observe the following in order to prevent unauthorised access to the mobile GFE:
13.10.1. Activate password based screen lock when the mobile GFE is unattended; and
13.10.2. Disable wifi, Bluetooth, tethering and/or portable hotspot by default and only enable when needed.
