TORII CLUB est une association monégasque créée en 2022, qui s’est fixée une double mission : faire découvrir l’univers des spiritueux japonais et organiser des dégustations en accord mets et alcool exclusivement nippon.
Pour mener à bien cette périlleuse entreprise, TORII CLUB est représenté par 3 « gaijin » : Xavier MIDORGE (Président), Robert BOISBOUVIER (Trésorier) et Franck MUSSO (Fondateur et secrétaire général).
Née du désir de pouvoir faire découvrir à l’ensemble de ses membres l’univers des mets et spiritueux japonais au travers de dégustations ludiques et interactives plus communément appelées « masterclass », le club a aussi et surtout pour vocation de pouvoir réunir ses membres afin de partager un moment d’échanges et de plaisir le plus agréable et convivial possible.

TORII CLUB is a Monegasque association created in 2022, which has a dual purpose: To introduce the world of Japanese spirits and organize tastings of exclusively Japanese food and alcohol pairings.
To carry out this tricky mission, TORII CLUB is represented by 3 “gaijin”: Xavier MIDORGE (President), Robert BOISBOUVIER (Treasurer) and Franck MUSSO (Founder and Secretary General).
Born from the desire to be able to introduce all of its members to the world of Japanese food and spirits through entertaining and interactive tastings called “masterclass”, the club also and above all aims to be able to bring together its members in order to share a very pleasant and convivial moment.
