Greetings!
This is the official form that will be used to declare conflicts & clashes. Declarations of conflicts/clashes indicate to the Tab Team that certain debaters and adjudicators should not be allocated to the same room as they may have relations with each other that can influence and arise a biased judgment
In this tournament, the grounds for declaring conflicts& clashes are:
- You are currently from the same institution (applicable for judges to debaters; judges to judges)
- You used to belong to the same institution
(applicable for judges to debaters; judges to judges)
- You have or used to have a coach-student or teacher-student relation with them
- You are in a legal or intimate relationship with them
- Other types of relationships that may arise to biased and unfair judgments (i.e. employer-employee, creditor-debtor relationship, etc.)
