The Brief: Battersea Power Station (BPS) is Europe’s largest and most iconic mixed-use development project, with a vision to be the “greatest neighbourhood in the world”. There are 17,000 long-term job opportunities promised by 2025 and to succeed it needs the greatest people, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service excellence. Rather than outsource this training, BASE (Battersea Academy of Skills Excellence) was created to meet this need ensuring local people can maximise their talent and learn agile, future-proof skills, and tenant employers could access a work-ready and relevant, pool of talent.
