Welcome

Hi there, I’m Rachael White, also known as Raye, which is preferable to Rach! To some I’m Rajita Ishaya. For five years I was a Meditating Monk. As a little person I was called Rachie Roo, some friends call me Ra and kids tend to call me Ra Ra. My Grandparents called me Rascal. Oh, and my poet name is The Bendy Witch! Am I an actual Witch? Well that all depends on if your definition of a witch is the same as mine…

Here I offer you Magical maintenance for your Mind, Body and Soul, through Meditation, Yoga, Sacred Soul Sessions, plenty of lived Wisdom gained through trial and error, sprinkled with musings, reflections and revelations from my poetic Heart.

I’ve been on a Spiritual path for some 20+ years and well… I’ve seen all the treasures AND all the trap doors (of which I can help you see and avoid!) I’ve had many wonderful teachers and mentors and have acquired many tools to support you in seeing beyond, in seeing your authentic Self, supporting you to make Peace with your mind, awaken Joy in your Heart and find more ease in your body.

Currently I’m living in the Nene Valley, Northamptonshire on a narrowboat called “White Tara”, named after me, my cat and as luck would have it, a Buddhist Goddess of healing and longevity. The sunsets here are Divine. I am also often in the Christchurch area where the sunrises over the ocean are Divine.

I resonate very much with Vianne in the 2000 film Chocolat, a favourite of mine. Yes I’m in love with the character Roux (Jonny Depp).

As well as being a lover of chocolate and cacao (of which I share with you at many of my offerings), I often feel that sneaky North Wind blowing me towards new and natural landscapes. The call to feel my bare feet on the ground, get my hands in the Earth, submerge my body in rivers and lakes is strong. Nomadic blood flows through me, eager to explore the beauty of these and other mythical lands, awakening to the stories and legends (that I like to perform at my Poetry and storytelling events) of those that have walked the Dragon lines before us.

Talking of Dragons, I have a deep love and reverence of them. I’m equally comfortable traversing the upper and lower worlds, communing in my Shamanic work with Dragons, Angels, Spirit animals and Fae, the latter also being a bridge to my creative Muse. What is my role in Soul Sessions?
