I’m a multiply neurodivergent therapist, mother, gardener, writer, and student of life.
I spend a lot of time studying, exploring, and finding connections between identity, human behavior, neurodiversity, the nervous system, trauma healing, somatics, creativity/art, autism, Giftedness, nature/plants, and storytelling.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Somatics, from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
I have a therapy practice in Santa Rosa, California, where I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, with a focus on Autistic, ADHDer, Gifted, and 2e adults and couples.
I also offer CEU trainings and consultation for therapists. I have been approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs (Provider #84351).
