We are a Specialty Coffee Shop that believes specialty coffee is for all to enjoy, but above all, our specialty coffee is an experience. At our coffee shop, we strive to create an atmosphere that reflects the spirit of a synaxis (gathering). We want to be more than just a place to grab a quick caffeine fix. We want to foster a sense of community and togetherness, where people can come together to share ideas, build relationships, and support one another. why "synaxis"?

SYNAXIS means "to gather". We adamantly oppose the gatekeeping and pretentiousness that may be present in the hospitality industry. We want to establish a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all. With over thousands of coffees poured, our business has expanded to include retail, and education, taking a holistic approach to specialty coffee. Our objective as a specialty coffee business is to improve the quality of life for every person that walks through our door. We strive to be intentional with our actions and how they affect our community. We don’t have all the answers, but come join us for a good cup of coffee as we figure things out together.
