Chris is a Gaming News Editor for ScreenRant. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University with a double major in Information Systems and Creative Writing, Chris began their media career with an editorial internship at Paste Magazine and a contributor role at ScreenRant. In subsequent years, they took many freelance, contract, and full-time writing and editing positions. Chris has covered the video games industry, film and TV, the MCU, and local Philadelphia news.

Chris has written for several publications since 2017 in various capacities, including DualShockers, Polygon, Fanbyte, Inverse, and GameSpot. Chris has attended events including E3, PAX East, and GDC. Chris had full-time roles as Managing Editor of the website Gamepur and later as a local reporter for PhillyVoice. Chris has also hosted the MCU discourse podcast AP Marvel and a games industry talk show called Procedural Conversation.
Favorite Media
Chris is a huge Nintendo fan, with Metroid, Splatoon, and Zelda being their favorite Nintendo franchises. Owning all modern consoles and a gaming PC, they regularly play Apex Legends, Fortnite, and Sea of Thieves. Chris once taught a college course about the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and their favorite shows include Better Call Saul, Fargo, and Severance.
