general info
◦ I can only take payment through PayPal. Please convert your currency to GBP to see how much my services cost.◦ Payment CAN be upfront if you please, though I will usually wait until the sketch has been approved to discuss payment.◦ My turn around time varies depending on the size of the commission and my current workload outside of commissions. I could have your commission done for you in a matter of days, and will always attempt to do so, however I cannot predict the future. What I will say is that my range will not exceed 2 months. I will always be upfront about the timings of a commission and will constantly send the client updates should it take longer than expected.◦ You may, if it is needed, ask to make alterations during the commission’s progression. This is preferred to be done during the sketching stage however I can make small alternations after this has passed.◦ I reserve the right to decline any work that I am uncomfortable doing.

◦ If you do not like where the commission is going or simply no longer wish to continue, you may ask for a refund. Please note, this can only be applied before the sketch has been approved. After this stage, I will not accept refunds. This is to protect both client and myself from potential harm:)
custom design information
◦ You are able to alter the design however, do not alter it so that my original work cannot be recognised.For example, you are permitted to change the species, accessories and make small changes to the colour. You are not permitted to change enough of the design that it becomes more of your own work than mine.◦ You are able to resell the design if you no longer with to reside with it. If there is no additional art added to the design's profile, you must resell it at the same price you originally brought it as. The design does not lose or gain value from being pre-owned.
