SVC applications assist you in managing the changes made to one or more software development projects. They do this primarily by recording the changes made to a project's files. As many projects require the work of multiple developers, SVC applications associate these changes with specific developers, and allow file access to be restricted to subsets of, or individuals within, the development team.
