At Real Life, we currently have three Directional Elders, Pat Pierce, Alex Morris, and Sam Mynhier, and six Staff Elders, Pastor Freddy T. Wyatt, Pastor Ben Reed, Dr. Rob Simpson, Nick Hartman, DeWayne Moore, and Dave Morley. Together, this full team of elders provides spiritual leadership, accountability, and oversight for the church. The Directional Elders partner closely with Pastor Freddy T. to help carry the big picture vision and overall direction of Real Life. The full body of elders meets every other month, and as needed, with a strong focus on prayer, while the Directional Elders meet during the alternate months, and as needed, typically focusing on vision and sensitive pastoral matters. Directional Elders serve three-year terms, followed by a year of rest and recharge before the option to return to service.
