RAMMon

From its name, I initially thought RAMMon is a tool that helps you monitor the RAM memory, but it's actually a more unique app than that: it's a cool utility that uses SysInfo DLL SDK to gather and present you the detailed SPD attributes from your current RAM devices.

In other words, it offers a fast, easy and straightforward method of viewing the Serial Presence Detect (SPD) data from the RAM modules. It supports retrieving and displaying a large variety of SPD details stored by the RAM module, including the memory capacity, manufactuer, serial number, model part number, the CAS latencies supported and the module voltage. Even the module thickness, module width, or maximum operating temperature can be retrieved by this powerful tool.
