Be strict with your calorific intake and you can lose weight just by sitting on the couch.
Losing weight is easy, it's just a question of will power. I have sympathy for people with significant mental or health issues, but most of them are just fucking weak and would rather eat a tub of ice cream than have a nice/healthy body.
No one wakes up fat, it happens over time after countless poor decisions.
