Why is it so hard to name the companies?
I am going to be blunt with you. This response is one giant red flag and unless you can provide some details here this is misinformation and you are actively attacking Government programs.
When this is how you started:

The company you called. As you stated it was one. The reason is not crazy, who wouldn't want to save over $3,000 on a heat pump installation? Sounds too good to be true.
