What does the wedding venue rental include?
Use of the Posey Meadows outdoor ceremony site or newly added climate controlled chapel, outdoor cocktail patio, and modern farmhouse reception hall.
We only host one event each day. Your wedding is our sole priority.
A venue manager is onsite for your entire event. Before your event, we set up your tables and chairs.
Do you provide a wedding planner or coordinator?
You must choose a day-of-coordinator from our preferred vendors. We have specific requirements for vendors to be sure they make your day the best and follow our guidelines. Therefore we do not allow coordinators who are not on our preferred vendor list.
How long do we have the venue?
You have a total of 12 hours included in your rental time. This includes setup and the last hour of your rental time is for cleanup only. You may add extra hours for an additional fee.
What about rehearsals?
You may reserve a one-hour rehearsal a month in advance based on availability.
