My name is David Robinson II, and I am an Army veteran and the father of Daniel Robinson, a geologist who went missing on June 23, 2021, after leaving a job site in the Arizona desert. For more than four years, my life was consumed by searching for my son and demanding answers. I personally funded and led extensive efforts, traveling repeatedly to Arizona, organizing desert searches, following multiple leads, and distributing flyers nationwide, because no parent can walk away from a missing child. I sacrificed stability, savings, and normalcy to do everything possible to find Daniel.
Those years of searching came at a devastating personal cost. I accumulated over $70,000 in debt after exhausting my savings, relying on credit and retirement resources, and postponing basic living expenses while searching for my son. This ask is not just for ongoing search operations or advocacy; it is a direct request for help recovering from the financial hardship created by years of sacrifice. Your support helps me pay down this debt, catch up on essential expenses, and regain financial stability.
Please Help Me reach my goal. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page or offering encouragement still makes a meaningful difference. Thank you for seeing me not just as an advocate or a headline, but as a father and veteran asking for help to recover.
