EVENT COORDINATION
Couples tend to seek assistance from their best friends and family but they can’t be in two places at once, so we are here to help. This service is ideal for couples who have planned their entire wedding but need a pair of hands to take over the operations while they are enjoying their day from morning to night.
Inclusions:
- Personalised runsheet and set up template for our internal use
- Liaise with suppliers confirming run sheet to ensure everyone is on the same page (2 weeks prior)
- Up to 2 virtual meetings, running through the wedding templates (meeting at 3 months prior and 5-6 weeks prior)
- Liaising with your MC and key people(speeches/announcements)
- An extra set of hands to help set up (name cards, menus , ceremony booklets etc) or assist suppliers*
- Coordinate and supervise supplier setups
- Presence and assistance on your wedding day
- Up to 9 hours of internal work (organisation, strategic planning, meetings, site visit and liasing)
- Endless email correspondence and/or phone/SMS
