Abstract

The main objective of the paper is an attempt to discover the problem of the relationship of cultural (social) anthropology with ethnography, ethnology and sociology. The solution of modern anthropology problem is modified in many publications of domestic and foreign authors. Approaches of understanding nature and subject fields of cultural (social) anthropology scholars from different countries is analysed. We prove that ethnography and cultural (social) anthropology are similar to the main object of study, because the object of study for them is people. I have to stress that these courses are excellent in their subject of study of social anthropology - existing social institutions of human society and for cultural - certain aspects of culture of community. The article stated that the undoubted merit of ethnography is that it made a certain soil formation field of anthropology. It is declared that the credit of cultural anthropology is in progressing from the study of primitive cultures to modern holistic research. Today classical ethnology is transformed into ethnomethodology like a direction in American sociology, which affects the development of Ethnology. It is noted that the difference between sociology and ethnology, sociology and anthropology often remains at the level of education and differences in methods of investigation. Modern Ukrainian anthropology, ethnology and sociology can help to form the concept of multicultural approach in education.
