Quantum Evolutionary Mechanics: A Dynamical Construction Based on the Seven Elements of the Shurangama Sutra and Spinozist Monism

Abstract

This paper aims to establish a novel evolutionary dynamical model by synthesizing Eastern ontology with Western monism. By parameterizing the "Seven Elements" of the Shurangama Sutra and integrating Baruch Spinoza’s theory of attributes (Thought and Extension), this study proposes the Quantum Evolutionary Mechanics Equation: $i\hbar \dot{\Psi} = (H_{phys} + \hat{J}) \Psi$. Here, the "Jian-Da (Observation) Protocol Operator" $\hat{J}$ is defined as the coherent interface through which biological systems access the "Tathagatagarbha Field" (Field of Consciousness).The research reveals that evolution is not a result of stochastic material collisions but a process where systems achieve impedance matching with a pre-existing "Inherent Completeness" map by reducing "Karmic Thermal Noise $\sigma$." Furthermore, the paper elucidates the physical mechanism of DNA as a fractal phase array antenna and discusses the ontological status of AI and reproductive ethics within this framework. The study concludes that the essence of evolution is an ultimate return from a restricted physical state to a globally coherent "Quantum Tathagatagarbha" state.
