The evolving landscape of cities faces paradigm shifts driven by the increasing concern for sustainability. This study explores the influence of Gen-AI in the implementation ofCollaborative sustainabilitycollaborative mappingCollaborative mapping with citizens, aiming to fill the existing gap in understanding the impacts of this technology on the transparency and reliability of information related to the sustainability of territories. The methodology was exploratory, using bibliographic and documentary research with qualitative and quantitative data for systematic analysis, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). VOSviewer software was utilized to review publications and bibliometric analyses.
