Peace, my Spiritual friends, I am Aqeela your Spiritual Sister! Welcome. I have been on my Spiritual Journey for 20+ years, I am still on it but I've learned a lot on my Awakening journey, Health and wellness was the catalyst to start my self-development and Health and Wellness discipline. I've been in a process of Alignment every since. At times, It seems like we're so alone on this Spiritual journey, I've spent a lot of dark nights and lonely moments trying to get to the other side and now that I am and I know first hand what that feels like I was called to create this Support group to help those who just need community as we figure it all out.
