I don't use Outlook for Tasks, Contacts or Calendar - only emails. All my email accounts are IMAP so my Inboxes, Sent, Draft, Deleted folders are already synced. However, my stored emails in the 'On My Computer' section of Outlook do not currently sync and Outlook has no service which does this via the could. Will your program sync stored emails in Outlook?

Yes, OsaSync allows for syncing of stored emails located in the "On My Computer" section of Outlook.
