-Turnaround is between 7-14 days, depending on the commission size.
-When ordering, full payment should be sent once the W.I.P is completed and sent to you.
-If your order takes longer than expected, you'll be notified.
-If your order has an EXTENDED break (>30 days) you'll be given a 25% discount as compensation.
-Refunds can only be requested before the W.I.P is completed. Afterwards will not be possible.
-I have the right to refuse service to anybody.
