It's impossible to say if the program will run or not since the official website can't be accessed due to an error in the database. From what it seems, they're using Wordpress and the script can't make a connection with the database to list the content. This leads to another problem where I had the possibility to download the installation package, but encountered an error in the section where it asks for a key. They also provide a link to obtain a key, but that link leads to the same non-working website.
It's hard to say if it supports it or not, but from what it appears, if you can obtain a licence, it should install just fine on Windows 10.
