1. The piece will be started once the 50% or the 100% of the total price is sent.2. Payment will be accepted through Paypal only.3. The customer can suggest any changes three times before finishing the piece, an initial sketch (WIP) will be sent after 50% of the payment is sent.4. My turn-around time is 0-20 days unless I've stated differently via post/DM. In case I don't send the piece in the estimated time, the customer will receive a refund. This is the only reason one will be given.5. Every sketch (WIP) will have a water-mark, there's no chance of eliminating it.6. It's not possible to request a refund once the final piece is done.
