Product Manager
Responsible for driving product development and roadmap for the Modives Insuretech SaaS solution. Balancing product market feedback, product market fit and product delivery is key. Partner with Engineering on sprint planning through definition of the problems the product will solve and outcomes. Research and gain knowledge on each business vertical and solution as the product suite expands.
Customer Experience Lead
Own customer success, working with our team to design how Modives supports and interacts with our end users, including partners/customers, and consumers. Partner with both developers and product to build best-in-class engagement with our stakeholders.
Director of Customer Experience
Responsible overall support and client success of the SaaS solution. This role will work directly with end-client managers, tracking KPIs and ensuring successful client adoption and use of the solution to maximize client value.

Drive platform adoption into top 150 property managers. Must have prior experience selling solutions and software into personal leasing and property management companies.
Sales Director - Auto Dealerships
Drive platform adoption into top 150 auto dealers. Must have prior experience selling into and deep knowledge of the F&I operation.
Engineering
Full-Stack Software Engineer(s)
Responsible for developing and maintaining cloud-based software applications including new features and functionality. Must have strong RPA, API, and data skills.
Responsible for testing of the SaaS solution and will lead test strategy, test automation and regression testing execution.
