1976-81

The Sox introduce a look based on their 1902-16 navy road style but with 1970's floppy disco collars. And, on occasion, shorts (with pockets to hold bandages for players' knees after sliding). NOB return. Mesh batting practice jerseys are identical to the game jerseys - and eventually are used regularly for hot afternoons. These jerseys were were highly reused over several seasons.
