ANIMATIONS & PROPS
• Blink OR blush will be +$3 each
• Animations will be in +$3 to $20 based on complexity (moving hands, lights and more)
• Props will be in +$2 to $15 based on sizes (pets, plushies and more)
• Detailed character / background will be in +$5 to $20
• Commercial use must be discussed privately
MIAW'S TERMS OF SERVICES (TOS)
By here, you have AGREED the rules and my TOS below:
You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only. All the artwork commissioned will be in a digital image and will be sent to your email or the site where order is placed (meaning nothing will be shipping of physical goods) Completed product is delivered through the website where communication happened or via email, as preferred by the commissioner.
All payments shall be done via PayPal and it is my job to send the invoice. Payment will always be paid upfront and I will only start to work after receiving the payment. Refunds will be only given if I haven't started working on your commission or I fail to complete your order or have taken more than 8 months.
Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit or remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. I reserve the rights to use and/or publish on my personal websites such as portfolios. The artwork commissioned is for personal use and you will not own the right to reproduce the artwork commission for profit.
If you intend to make a commercial use, such information needs to be disclosed while discussing the work as it may change the commission price.
I can work/draw with mostly anything except for these:
･ stolen characters or art replicas
･ furries
･ hateful content towards a specific person or group
･ politics related
･ old people and hair facial (beard, moustache)
Commission Rules
Please be nice and respectfulI have the rights to cancel or decline your order.Please no refunds once you posted your form/ placed your orderHave patience, do not rush me or pressure me.Every order will be taken to private messages.You only have 48 hours to make your payment or your order will be cancelled .How I work usually depends on how fast a person responds to WIPs.Please inform me if you change your form/reference before I start sketching.If changes request you and require complex work, you may need to pay an additional fee.You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.Commission will be sent in about a week or up to 8 months.Once paid, there will be NO REFUND so you need to wait for your piece to be done.Personal use only.You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with/without credit is given (do not claim as yours)
Any edits can be made only during the sketching and lining/flat colours phase:
sketch ➝ lining and flat colors ➝ shading and background ➝ animations
If you would like to request for a change/add during shading and background phase you may be charged for extra payment.
I will only send a preview of the sketch and flat colours before I finish working on the commission.

Text Changes Rules
Please be nice and respectful.The one who is reselling or buying must pay text fee for $3This is only for personal useYou may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with/without credit is given (do not claim as yours)Once the piece has already been sold, previous owners are prohibited to use.
By reading these terms of services and sending the commission form, it will be on me understanding that you agree with these terms. If you fail to follow them, I have the right to reject the work, terminate the work on progress or reject further attempts on commissioned work, by blacklisting.
