Our crisis center is open 24/7 for those needing immediate assistance. Crisis intervention is for anyone who is in an immediate mental health crisis, contemplating suicide, or anyone who needs help advocating for someone they care about.
Online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Many are common and treatable, and recovery is possible.

Gather friends, family, co-workers, or your team for a refreshing session led by a Licensed Social Worker on what self-care really means and how to build it into everyday life. Host it at home, at work, or another comfortable location—as a lunch-and-learn, team wellness activity, girls’ night in, or special gathering.
