Look both ways

What happens when you pick a random film from netflix? You get a lukewarm romcom with a gimmick, and that’s exactly what we have here.
The gimmick is that there are two timelines: when the protagonist gets sick at a party, one timeline branches with it being a result of pregnancy, and the other branches with it being the result of food poisoning. But really it doesn’t matter which branch it is, because ultimately everything works out pretty much the same anyway, with her doing what she loves and falling in love.
There’s no depth or originality. The branching confused me a couple of times but generally changes in the visual style made it clear, so it could just be me. This is a film to fill time, and nothing more which, given what i’ve read about netflix’s product strategy, makes perfect sense.
One to avoid.
