TVS Shriram Growth Fund 4, a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), has been awarded the CRISIL Fund
“Independent rating mechanisms such as CRISIL’s play a pivotal role in fostering greater trust, transparency, and accountability across the alternative investment fund (AIF) industry. As these frameworks become more widely adopted, they have the potential to catalyse the flow of long-term domestic capital into venture, private equity, and private credit - sectors that are vital for driving India’s innovation and sustained economic growth” Gopal Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director, TVS Capital Funds, said in a statement.
“The institutionalisation journey at TCF is marked by the establishment of rigorous investment and risk management processes, complemented by comprehensive portfolio. Our governance structure features a six-member external investment committee, a seasoned Limited Partners Advisory Committee (LPAC), and a diverse, accomplished board,” added Krishna Ramachandran, Managing Partner, COO & CFO, TVS Capital Funds.

Management Grading - 1 by CRISIL.
