LSU -Today MCAP Coach Adam Larcom attended Louisiana State University’s 🇺🇸Basketball facility with LSU athlete @marcus.vaughns. Marcus has been on a LSU Basketball scholarship.  This week  Adam has assessed Marcus strength, agility and completed physiotherapy sessions. “Absolute World Class facilities and the basketball talent training on court was elite. MCAPs Coach/ Physio Adam Larcom is currently at the Canadian training camp in Baton Rouge Louisiana USA🇺🇸. Today Adam was  at Louisiana State University (LSU) athletics track in Baton Rouge 🇺🇸 with the Canadian 🇨🇦Track and Field team (Head Coach Glenroy Gilbert in photo). LSU. “Nothing beats being immersed in World Class environments like this Canadian team and constantly learning and developing myself through practice sessions, communicating with coaches and medical team members and athletes. Today l was at a practice session and in data analysis meetings of most recent men’s/womens 4x100m races at LSU with all the 4x100m coaches and athletes, biomechanics expert and the Head Coach. The men’s and women’s races were critically assessed from both a biomechanics and race plan view point with critical athlete/coach involvement.  Note-The Canadian 🇨🇦 mens 4x100m team are the current 🥇 Olympic Champions.  As an active learner we all need to be responsible for our own development and having a GROWTH MINDSET to continually refine, challenge and evolve our own learning, knowledge and challenge our own philosophies.
