Jr. Firefighter Academy Application
Please fill out the following form to apply to West Jordan Fire Department's Jr Firefighter Academy. If you have more than one child you wish to sign up, you may indicate so below. Please do not list children you are not the legal guardian of. DO NOT assume that by filling out this application that your child is enrolled. At the close of the application period on April 23rd at 10:00 a.m., we will select participants to the academy in a lottery fashion. We will take the total applications and select participants randomly. You will be notified within three business days of April 23rd whether your child has been selected to the academy or not. Due to high demand, we will NOT be accepting repeat students. We thank you for your support and appreciate your understanding.
