WARP (Weave A Real Peace) is a nonprofit networking organization based in the United States. Founded in 1992, WARP offers a forum for those who support long-standing textile traditions as a means for cultural preservation and economic development by fostering a global network of textile enthusiasts, artisans, academics, wholesalers, retailers, tour operators, designers, teachers, and other interested supporters. WARP publishes a quarterly newsletter that highlights member projects from around the world. Once a year members come together for the annual meeting in an area rich in regional textile resources or history. WARP members are invited to share information in our members-only discussion group. Anyone can join us on Facebook & Instagram. To learn more about WARP, visit our website at www.weavarealpeace.org.
