Arancini Workshop 17/04 13:00-16:00 VROOM – Dokter De Meersmanstraat 19. 1070 Brussels This sculptural cooking workshop with Ninokooks ties in with the volcanic theme of the exhibition. We will make typical Sicilian arancini: stuffed fried rice balls. Using the right technique, we will sculpt them into pointed snacks. In Catania, they owe this shape to neighboring Mount Etna. Afterwards, we will let our imagination run wild and the arancini can take on other shapes. Eventually, we will feel the presence of Mount Etna in the steamy heat of the frying oil. The workshop is free of charge! Bring dirty clothes! (-: There is a maximum of 12 spots available and will close this form when we reach 12. Be quick!
