Getting Started with Vivint
You are now eligible to include Vivint Smart Home with your Solar Projects!
HOW IT WORKS
1. Add the Smart Home adder cost to your solar project.
2. Click the Amigo link below, and submit the customer information. Your first time using Amigo, you will be required to create a User account for yourself.
3. Vivint's scheduling team will contact the customer to schedule their Vivint installation.
4. The Vivint Technician will have the customer sign their agreement (12 months), collect payment method, and complete the installation.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Submitting the customer information through Amigo is not complete unless consent is given.
The customer will be signing a 12-month no-payment agreement at the time of installation. After month 12, their agreement will automatically update to month-to-month.
